Needs zero stars. I made a mistake and selected pick up rather than delivery , I was unable to change my order so I was charged full price didn't pick up food and no refund was offered. Never again unless they do right by me and change their platformEdit: 3/23 They did credit my account. Changing score to 3 stars because they did refund my money quickly.
