I should have read the reviews. It seems like the workers there don’t know the parts of a chicken. I was there this evening and ordered two 3pc chicken. Just chicken not a combo. I asked for a breast, thigh, and a leg on both. You want to know what I got when I came home? I’m going to tell you. I got a thigh, wing and leg. Oh. I ordered it spicy. Did I get spicy? Oh no, it wasn’t spicy. You may think it’s trivial but I was looking forward to my spicy pieces of chicken that I asked for and didn’t get. Reading the comments this seems to happen a lot. They ruined my dinner.

DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! I was a regular at this location since it was close by. That was until I was eating a chicken sandwhich I had ordered and pulled a hair out of my mouth. It was a black strand of hair in the middle of the sandwhich. It was the worst experience ever. It doesn't stop there because the chicken meal was revolting! All the chicken tasted spoiled. Tried to get a refund and was rejected after a month and a half of waiting. Save your money and skip this place

Sent the complaint to corporate. Can’t find ownership. Couldn’t communicate, management pushed different order and argued.

Please can you add in the uber eats the notes and the tipe of chicken like legs and thighs or breast. Because I always order and I call the store I want leg and thighs only, but the store never answers the call.

Always LOVE Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, especially on Super Bowl Sunday . . . It's become an annual tradition to get their takeout . . . just wish you could choose dark meat and/or custom ordering of the Chicken Family Meals in the mobile app, and not just the website, but at least we can order it in advance!

Instant diarrhea. All three of us about 20 minutes after we ate. Something isn't right here. Ordered a family meal around 2PM. The food I got was probably made in the morning. The fries weren't even fresh. We will never come back.
