I feel this Arby’s has given up completely on customer service. My experience trying to talk to a manager to communicate a issue that happened the other evening has been very frustrating. I went got my food in drive and was parked in front of the store for 25min. After I was told they “didn’t have the food to make my food” and waited for 20 min behind 3 cars. After 25 min a girl came out and said she was sorry they forgot about me and offer a cookie. I asked for my money...read full review
