I ordered on the mobile app with a drive thru pick up. The drinks I ordered were supposed to be hot but the couldn't do that due to equipment failure or I would have given a 5 star.
Just recently my wife and I decided to try our new neighborhood Dunklin Donuts store, what a terrible disappointment. Not only were the donuts not fresh they were semi hard from the first bite. Bland, icing watery and the cake appeared to not be fresh whatsoever. No we do not recommend this store nor do we recommend any Dunklin Donuts store no matter where you are. My 1st time there I let the girl know and she was more than willing to explain the drinks to me and be patient with me while I made my Choice truly appreciate her patience. I'll definitely be going back.
