Ordered ahead of time pizzas weren't ready I had to wait an additional 10 minutes when I had ordered in the morning and came by in the afternoon to pick up my food. Not sure if this is a staffing issue.
The food was good we ordered a lot. It was supposed to be done at 4:20 but when we got there not done. No confirmation on app. So after waiting for awhile we asked told then suppose to be done 4:20 he found order. Goes in back brings order out. It wasn’t in storage area for people ordering online. I know busy time of day a lot of people in and out. Great pizza I have to admit. Lots of people working there. Everyone needs to work together get on same page. Need to greet people...
Pizza and bread were great but when I walked in and being the person there, a kid was on his phone and NEVER looked up until I spoke. I dont think he ever would have. Nobody deserves that kind of service.
