Customer service sucks, they are convenient and most of the time there is no line maybe because they don’t get a lot of customers with their bad attitudes, having said that props to the new kid that just started working there pushing carts and putting merchandise on the shelves he is really helpful hopefully they hire more like him also the guy that works an produce is nice but the cashiers should work on their attitude I think one of them is the manager, she is not nice, like I said is a convenient grocery store
I’ve just read some horrible comments about Maxx Valu. I just have to say , I’ve been shopping here for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. All employees are friendly and efficient if help is needed. Prices are comparable.

My wife came into the store today to purchase some items, she got too many and didnt have enough to pay for it she asked if she could take a few items off what was scanned instead of purchasing them. The cashier Nathaniel was very rude, banging on the metal of the register and loudly proclaiming that she didnt have enough money and that someone has to come get the items now. A few customers behind her were even laughing about it while my wife was in tears. Shes never felt so small, pathetic, and humiliated in her life.
