My experience 2 weeks ago at the drive-thru at McDonald's was fantastic! Got right through the line cuz there was none right up to the pay window right up to the pickup window. It was gray all the way up until the time I opened that bag and looked at what was supposed to be a McDouble with no cheese and no pickles. There's that the burger with ketchup all over the outside of the bun and cheese. At which point I thought to myself. How hard is it to read the screen make the burger? It wasn't worth my time to go in there and ask them to remake it so I just wrapped it back up, put in the backseat and went and picked up my son. It's not that hard to give somebody what they order, Read the screen. Make the food put it in the bag. Send it out. There was no line. There was no rush. I was the only person. There was another car behind me. There was no reason for the rush on the burger messing up the burger wrecking my snack. Hopefully next time you'll do a better job. It was dried through. I went through the drive-thru. I was not a dying customer otherwise I'd had taken him back up there and asked him to please remake it. I was drive-thru

The food was ok the service was terrible and the atmosphere was alright there were sketchy people around the building and they got the order wrong it was small portions of food in a large and there was a guy wearing a ski mask roaming the property it felt unsafe and I was not satisfied, it was also extremely hot no A/C

Bad Customer Service, When They can’t Take An Order Correctly. My Husband bought food at this location chicken sandwiches, no lettuce. My Husband Was Asked Why Fries Were half . Eaten I have a child with adhd I’m not gonna have him without eating… last time we go there been going for almost 6 years

I was trying to order they made me wait 10 mins to order , when I finally got to order she made me repeat myself 4 times for a code then said my code didn’t work I had to say it again then she got the code right I had tried to order more she continued to make me repeat myself so I asked what is going on she told me to leave I went inside to speak with a manager and they did not help me saying they didn’t know what was going on I just left. Worst employees I’ve ever seen at McDonald’s
This McDonald's in particular makes you wait forever if you order inside. they all huddle up in the kitchen.

absolutely terrible manager Melissa, isn’t civil at all about fixing items she messed up on and will hang up a call because she’s too lazy to fix her mistakes. figures. wouldn’t recommend this location at all!! managers definitely need investigated. steer clear of this location!! seriously.

I paid for $40 worth of food and was charged $25 per ketchup packet that's crazy I always have to wait every single time I was told to wait at pick up 1 all of the parking for pick ups was taken and they didn't want to bring the food to my car parked in another parking spot

I had the steak breakfast sandwich and I threw up and have had a messed up stomach all day. I spent 26 dollars for two meals and got horrible service. I’ve been going to McDonald’s my entire life. But this experience and how they raised all their prices for cold food and smaller portions. And the service is no where near where it use to be.
