I paid for $40 worth of food and was charged $25 per ketchup packet that's crazy I always have to wait every single time I was told to wait at pick up 1 all of the parking for pick ups was taken and they didn't want to bring the food to my car parked in another parking spot

I had the steak breakfast sandwich and I threw up and have had a messed up stomach all day. I spent 26 dollars for two meals and got horrible service. I’ve been going to McDonald’s my entire life. But this experience and how they raised all their prices for cold food and smaller portions. And the service is no where near where it use to be.

I pulled up the drive through to order my kids happy meal. Once i pulled up to the Payment center , I got curious and wanted to check if my ebt would go through. It took a few minutes for the manager to approve but ebt didn't go through. I went ahead and paid cash. As I pull through the second window this girl swipe her window open and start mugging me as she handed me the food! What's her problem?? I get it people uses ebt. Give us a break women!! This was yesterday April 8th, 2025 on paradise rd. She looked Indian or something. Never going there again. Stop judging!!!!

The manager had to help us and she was yelling while we were trying to order for someone else to help. She got almost finished with the order and then left while I was talking to go look for someone to finish the order. I had to ask what I had ordered becasue it was too much. The staff is nice. The manager doesn't care.

8:40am 12/25/24. Go back on those drive through cameras and explain to me again why fast food workers deserve $20 an hour? At least hire some professional workers who earned the $20 an hour. I drove 10 minutes to my nearest mc Donald’s just to buy 1 Ice Coffee. Only 3 cars in the drive through, and when I was next, I was parked there for about 5 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order taken. I said hello and no response. So I drove off, back to my house. Honestly ya’ll should be paying me back on my time getting wasted, mc Donald use to be cool. Now it just sucks since their workers get paid more, funny right.

A McDonald's like any other on a busy avenue and not really an attractive area and not the best crowd. I won't stop there in the evening.
My coke was laced, there was dead HUMAN skin in my burger, I found a dead cockroach in my fries, they practically threw my meal at me, there was a bunch of tweakers, and the cashier charged me a TEN DOLLAR
