They are very very slow they waste my whole day and still waiting for door ???
If there is anything lower here with 1star, I would give it. I got checked at 7:00am in the morning and my appointment time was 8:00am . But they didn’t give me a dock door till 4 PM. Americold Logistics Modesto provides a mixed experience for visitors. While some praise the good behavior of the staff, particularly at the check-in office, others find the process inefficient and confusing. The driver instructions at the entrance need updating, and the lack of clear directions can lead to frustration. Upon arrival, visitors need to park, walk to the main building, and check in, which can be time-consuming. Although the staff is friendly, the service can be slow, and the lumper fees can be high. Despite this, the facility offers a staging area, and some visitors have reported a smooth experience, with quick unloading and check-out procedures.
