Worst place i’ve been to!! “Enchiladas michoacanas” ZERO!!!!!!! They just heat the tortillas with the sauce. It wasn’t fried. The chicken was just boiled! Not fried like it should. Im from Michoacán and i know what enchiladas michoacanas look like and this were not it!!!!! By the way the chicken they use was just a wing on each order.🤦🏾♀️ 1 piece of potato. i spend over $100 for garbage food basically!! Then they get upset cuz i asked for my receipt.!!!! Never again! Lesson learned!!!! I still don’t understand the 4star review if the food is trash apart from that customer service was the worst.!!! Bunch of flies everywhere too!!! On top of that the lady taking my order rubbing her nose buggers🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤢🤢🤢🤢

Man I’m so disappointed! This place had the best caldo de res and beans. However this time I seen something black in my soup. I scooped it up thinking it would be a burnt cilantro but it’s a nasty fly. I have to throw my entire order out now because I do not trust eating anything else. There could be more flys blended into my beans. It’s very gross and something that is easily manageable. So it shouldn’t have happened at all! Thank goodness door dash gave me all the money back as a credit. The back was also knotted shut like it always is, so I’m sure it wasn’t the dasher.

The food is very good but the truth is the customer service is VERY BAD especially on Sundays. The girls who are in the kitchen as if they were angry with each other because they didn't talk to each other at all or to pass the fresh waters (it was uncomfortable to be there) I ordered 2 burritos and 2 fresh waters and it took like 35 minutes for the same reason there were 6 girls and only one acia everything, she took my order, prepared my food and then asked for my water from the others, they didn't pay any attention to her.

Ordered 2 burritos one was wrong meat and was missing the sour cream and guacamole and I asked the girl before I left it if had sour cream she said yes. And I I was charged for a super burrito. The second one was carnitas and I almost choked on a bone. Worst experience ever. I have ordered from here before and there was never a problem but this was a horrible experience will never be going there again.
