amazing food and service. and the restaurant is clean and pretty! the owners are AWESOME!
I called in my order, 3 mins later I came in to eat with my mother. I’ve been coming here for years. Keep up the good work. Great taste.
The flavor of the food is great. I have trouble finding food I like in Modesto. They give you large portions. The woman who helped me at the counter was so nice, it was refreshing to see actual customer service. I hope her pillow is always cool, her socks never slip off her heels, and every light is green for her.

Teriyaki King Inc. is a hidden gem serving exceptional food at great prices. This family-owned restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere and excellent service, with dishes made fresh while you wait. The teriyaki chicken is a popular choice, and the chicken rice bowls are also favorites among returning customers. Plates are large and filling, featuring moist chicken, well-cooked rice, and generous portions of teriyaki sauce. While some inconsistencies may occur with orders, such as reports of cleanliness issues, the food is generally good and satisfying, making it a spot worth visiting. Customers appreciate the quick service, but it is advised to order in person for the best prices, as the restaurant does not have a phone for placing orders.
