Went through the drive-thru and ordered four orange Dreamsicle Frostys and they gave us a chocolate one. We had to go back and park, but they did replace it quickly.

This place needs to be closed . I would not even give it a 1 Star but I had to . Was in there last Saturday night and the place was a pig pen . The garbages were all full , the tables had left over meals people had left , the floor were so dirty and black from soda being spilt on them and there was no napkins to be found . I complained to the kid at the counter . There was a group of 5 guys standing in the kitchen having a good ole time . I honestly couldn’t believe it . If I was the State health Department I would have closed and locked the door. Truly it was disgusting . I know it’s hard to get good help these days , but I have a feeling if the Franchise owner saw what was happening he would have canned these people. I am a local guide and I write lots of reviews and trust me , if I was the owner I would closed the door and cleaned it up.

The service of restaurant is so weak at morning, the door is closed and there is so rush in driving linesI waited there for more than 20 minutes to receive the order and then canceled the
4 grown adults messed up my order forgot my fries and my straws they also gave me a frosty quarter filled with chocolate the rest mint because they didn’t tell me till after I payed that they had no chocolate left on top of that non of the lids were full on the cups so soda and frosty spilt on my seats.

My husband took me to try the Pretzel burger it, was good but I loved the fries, my husband loved it all. I guess each location is different because some Wendys skimped on the sauce while others were very generous, choose your favorite and enjoy.

12/4 at 7:06pm I went through the drive through and ordered 3 meals for my family. One of the Baconator meals I got were missing the large fries ? and the burger had no bacon ? and was so drenched in sauce the buns were soggy. Tried to call and the phone # wouldn’t go through. I will be in tomorrow night to get my wife the meal she ordered. If customer service is handled correctly I will retract and update this review. Thanks.
