I've never tried this place before, and it did not disappoint! I ordered a beef noodle soup (large portion) after coming out of a medical procedure and it hit the spot! I also ordered some Chinese broccoli and it was delish. I appreciate that the portions were large, and the prices were decent. My food was still nice and warm, even after some time getting home. The server helping me (assuming the owner?) was super sweet and took her time helping me pick out what I wanted from the menu. I loved my soup and would definitely come back!

Service was so great!!! The lady who greeted me over the phone & in person when picking up my food was super cool!! I ordered egg rolls, wonton soup & fried popcorn chicken which all was very delicious!! I shall return to try their other dishes!! The fried rice looks fire!!! Gonna try that next time for sure!!!! I also like that it's literally a minute from my residence!!

Just came in here for brunch on the weekend. It was raining and the parking lot was full but no wait for the restaurant. Service is great. The ladies are charismatic and made us laugh and answered all questions. Kudos to them for having paper menus and taking our orders. Their paper menu does not have prices though, you have to look at the take out menu for prices. We ordered a few different dishes. All were pretty good. We asked for less oil and less salt. They delivered on the less salt part but not so much on the less oil part. Bathrooms were super clean. Kudos to them for having baby wipes and feminine products in the women's restroom. Such a nice and thoughtful gesture. Will come back and try their other dishes.

Excellent daily specials-written on the wall outside of the restaurant and ask about it so that they can bring over this special menu. For $15, choice of noodles with choice of two toppings, choice of rice bowl and choice of drink. Plenty of food and so stuffed afterwards. The soup broth is bland but it allows you to adjust to your liking with condiments on table which works out well. Spacious interior easy parking lot. Highly recommend this place! It's designated as a Chiu Chow restaurant, I'm Chiu Chow and I approve!

Not sure if they’ve changed chefs or what (in addition to the price hikes), but the quality of the food here has decreased dramatically. The popcorn chicken and noodle soup can be summed up as “okay” but their chicken curry was bland and watery. The best thing was the side chicken broth that came with the curry. I came here excitedly for a birthday lunch but came away thinking that I won’t be back for awhile.

When I tell you that I was SO happy to find a chiu chow noodle spot in Monrovia, I am not kidding! I've been eating chiu chow noodles since I was a kid and it is one of my ultimate comfort foods! I used to drive all the way to San Gabriel for my usual spots, but now Macky's has definitely become my go to! I have tried the following items: Pork variety noodles w/ thick rice noodles (4/5) Pork Kidney noodles w/ thick rice noodles (5/5) Rice cake w/ egg (3/5) Chives cake (4/5) Popcorn chicken rice (4/5) Salted fish and chicken fried rice (3/5) Beef variety noodles w/ egg noodle (4/5) Super excited to come here each time or to order out! I love their delicious soup broth! I highly recommend this place!!!

Everything was delicious and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable too with their huge portions. This plaza has lots of popular spots and a supermarket so parking can be hard to find sometimes.

Food and service is great! Place is very clean and spacious! I would say the food service isn't as fast as your typical Kim Ky but the flavors are just as great! Yellowtail collar was delicious but the portion was really small :/ a little too small for the price they charge to be honest. Their house hot sauce and pickle serranos is delicious! The all day combo: you get to choose 2 toppings that they listed, with one of 3 side dish and comes with a drink (not pictured).

Delicious! Portions were incredibly substantial. Very very filling. Came in with a group of 12 of us for a family brunch Sunday afternoon. Everything tasted great, great flavors. And very reasonable prices. I tried the daily special which includes a choice of noodle and 2 toppings, a protein and rice bowl, and choice of drink! Service was wonderful, efficient but patient with all of us.

I like this place. I was a bit hesitant when it was somewhat empty on a Sunday around noon time. Originally, I went to a different noodle place, but the line was ridiculously long. I decided to look for a different place. I am glad I found this place.Parking lot was decent. Restaurant was pretty clean and somewhat spacious. Food was decent. Noodle soup was on the saltier side, however, it was doable. Better than having bland soup. Noodle was fresh. Noodle portion was little thoPork kidney appetizer was surprisingly good. It didn't smell or anything. Good portion. The fried rice cake w/egg was only ok. They gave a lot of mustard pickles, which was awesome. However, the rice cake was not soft enough. Got me tired chewing it lol They brought out a plate of chive cakes even when I didn't order it. I tried to explain to the lady, but she refused to listen. She kept on saying that my mom ordered it. I decided to just keep it. Then a few minutes later she came back to the table saying she brought it to the wrong table. She asked to take it back. Luckily, me and my mom didn't touch it yet. I felt in this situation, it was a bit unsanitary to bring back a dish to give it to someone else. I m not asking for free food, however, they should have made a different one for the correct table. Will return when craving egg noodle.
