Delicious exotic food prepared to perfection and matched with exquisite cocktails in a perfect setting both indoors and the view.

We had a wonderful dinner of appetizers and small plates. With 4 in our party, we were able to make a number of selections. Standouts included the Palta Rellena, Chicken Anticuchos, Cebiche Nikkei, and the Roasted Beet Salad. Very delicious!!

Asked for a window table and staff seating walkin guest at window tables after we arrived.

I have been to LA Costanera (Costy) probably 100x and this was my first bad experience. It took 15 minutes after being seated for any staff to ask if we wanted to order. The pacing was pretty rough. Everyone who works there is great and nice so i do not want anyone to get in trouble but when the bill came it took another 20 mins to run the card. I will go back but this was a pretty brutal experience for the amount i pay for dinner and drinks. thank you

Dinner was great as always at La Costanera. It's one of our go-to places for a nice dinner on the coast. Love the varied menu and flavors, and always nice service.

What can I say about La Costanera? We have been going there for 12+ years, and it continues to deliver outstanding food and service. Ivonne is our favorite server EVER, and she always provides AMAZING service! And Al is our favorite restaurant manager, always with a good joke and excellent service. As for food and drink, here are some of my favorites: the original Pisco Sour, the new Cebiche NIkkei, the BBQ RIbs, the Tequeños de Camarones, the Langostinos Crocantes, the Arroz Chaufa, and the Lomo Saltado. And for dessert: the incomparable Suspiro a la Limena. Try them and enjoy!!

Amazing dinner. We had the fresh fish ceviche, scallops and the pescado macho. Very original and very wonderful flavors. Highly recommend!!

We like Peruvian food and thus food was amazing. We had grilled ups (octopus), empanadas with mushrooms and kale and a delicious cold, finely chopped chicken salad on top of a half an avocado with a tasty sauce. We each enjoyed a signature cocktail before dinner. For dessert we shared a yummy chocolate lava cake and an espresso martini. Michael, our waiter, was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great descriptions about each dish. He spaced out each dish delivery so we never felt rushed. The decor was fascinating. Pillars were painted with graphic Peruvian hillside scenes. Also scattered throughout were artful displays and driftwood and fishing buoys reminding you that you’re at Pillsr Point Marina. We would definitely return next time we visit the area.

Food was delicious as always. Value is mid, worth it for special occasions, too high for just a dinner out.

We have been long time customers of La Costanera and had our wedding reception there. We have been big fans and are sad to report that the quality of the experience has declined. We booked date night and wanted to have an intimate table to connect. The hostess would not seat us at certain tables saying they were for larger groups and eventually acquiesced. As the evening went on, we saw them sit other couples at those tables and not larger groups. This left us not feeling valued and questioning if we should return. Additionally, our waitress was fine, but was serving several tables and not always there when we had wanted to order additional drinks and food. We ended up cutting date night short and waited for the check to get out. There are other restaurants in town at a similar price point that offer superior service. For the price we paid, we deserved better and it is disappointing to see the quality of La Costanera not being where it has been in the past.

A great lunch and great service. The location, near the marina, is great, and the weather cooperated.

To start things off which maybe is not their fault, but their entire upstairs was closed due to "technical" issues. Once seated, our waiter took our drink orders and we had to remind him twice to bring them out. We ordered Cebiche Nikkei (Sushi grade Ahi tuna with Nikkei leche de tigre) and Pulpo a la Parilla (grilled octopus) for starters. I didn't realize this until looking at the menu after we got home that they brought out Tuna Tartare instead of the Cebiche. The grilled octopus was the best course of the meal. For our main course we got Churrasco (Grass-fed Creekstone Black Angus 16 oz steak) and Lomo Saltado (Stir-fried beef tenderloin). Both were fine, but not for the price we paying. Between courses, the wait staff replaced our silverware, but didn't clean off the table. Overall, do not go to this restaurant expecting high-end service, high-end food quality to go with the high-end prices.

Food was great and fresh, small hiccup on our desert order but server comped and fixed the issue very professionally. Would come back!

It was 5 of us for dinner. The restaurant had a complimentary pisco tasting. It was a nice way to start our dinner. We ordered apps and small plates and shared everything. The food and ambiance were great. Our waiter was very professional and knowledgeable. He delivered. Looking forward to my next gathering at La Costanera.

The good: ceviche was fresh, enjoyed the scallop dish and the empanada was very tasty. The bad: we were seated upstairs and its was crazy hot, like 85+ degrees. We were all sweaty and uncomfortable. The service was spotty. At first our server was very chatty and checking in, but once we ordered he disappeared. Appetizers and entrees all came at the same time, and we were missing utensils and couldn't flag anyone down to get some. Got up ourselves to go find a fork. Overall, it is a different place than I remember from when I used to live up in the area. Feels more like a chain restaurant now and really missed the mark on service. Hard pass for future visits.
