Our favorite server, Irene, goes above and beyond every visit! She’s quick to seat us, always greets us with a smile, and gives the best menu recommendations. “I used to live in the area, it was my favorite place to go for a beer on a weekend night. The bartenders were friendly, the regulars were nice local people, the beer selection was always on top. The bands playing were good. I loved the vibe and the atmosphere. I try to visit whenever I'm in town.“

“The Back Abbey is great! We visited Upland for a family event and ended up coming here twice because it was delicious. The Friday night we were there even had live music, which was the perfect accompaniment to the evening. The staff are super friendly as well. Definitely recommend!“

“I have been coming here at least once a year for around 30 years. The food and service has been largely consistent throughout the entire time, and I hope to add another 30 years of visits.
I do, however, think the restaurant is long overdue for a small renovation. At least a deep cleaning and new flooring. If finances are a problem, I think the community might even donate to a fundraiser for this effort; the restaurant is practically historical, at this point.“

“Great location for a bar. The staff is very friendly, approachable and patient. This was my first time ordering from this bar. They have a huge selection of mixed drinks and cocktails. A large assortment of flavorful IPAs and Ciders. They also handpicke flavors for their signature Mezcal straight from the distillery in Michoacàn, Mexico. They are kind to give you samples before you order a drink. I sampled the Ogopogo and it was very refreshing and citrus enriched flavor.The drink I order was the "spicy dead lady". This was a very delicious mezcal mixed drink. Smooth and refreshing with a delicious mixed of flavors. The portions are generous and the spicy bitters is definitely a zinger once it touches your taste buds. Overall a great drink to enjoy on a beautiful sunny day.“

Big fat ZERO for the manager who was too busy flirting with the hostesses to care that guests who were told the wait was 20 minutes were still waiting after 50 minutes and we would have gone elsewhere if they gave a crap and told us it would be a long wait. So... Once we finally got seated after almost an hour's wait, Philip saved the night with great service and attentiveness. (It was a birthday for my friend, and I told the hoelstesses, but the front desk didn't tell the server about the birthday so no birthday dessert for my friend) 😞
The hostess service and manager really could have been better. At one point there was a group of 5 or 6 employees (including the manager) at the front hostess station with a CROWD of waiting guests. It was not a good look because it looked like they were loafing around while guests were waiting and waiting and waiting. They didn't offer us an alternative seating location (outside) after we had been waiting double the time they said the wait was. Not sure I'll be back for a little while ... They wasted my time and I didn't like the lack of care or communication.“

“When I first moved to Rancho two years ago, I was searching for the next bar I was going to be a regular at…tried em all, GOODFELLAS is by far the best.(HANDS DOWN)…The atmosphere is electric, ALL the staff are super cool and I like the fact that security is tight because I don’t have to worry about something crazy happening. Just amazing drinks, friendly patrons, and music you can move to! Pool tables, darts, patio, food vendors…what else can you ask for? Maybe a pinball machine.. : )“

“I've been a Vince's customer all my 70 years. Not your typical Italian restaurant, just a spaghetti house, although the menu has been expanded recently to include lasagna. Always good, family friendly, just don't get hungry for spaghetti on Wednesday. To my knowledge they've never been open on Wednesday.“
“Wanted a really good burger and since I wasn't from the area I Googled top burger places in the area. This one was the closest to me. And let me say it didn't disappoint. The food, Service and atmosphere was amazing. The staff was really nice too. And our server was one of the best. She even gave me an my friend a lil sticker. Mine was a lil Joker from Batman. All because she noticed my Joker tattoo on my arm. Now that's never happened to me. And I absolutely loved it. When I return I'll definitely be going back. Loved the fact that all the beers that were available were local or IPAs nothing normal like a budlight or Modelo. Which I also enjoyed seeing how much variety was available.“

“Our first time there, and also a first time KBBQ experience for one in our party. Service was great, Anthony was our server and had good menu recommendations for us. He checked in with us often enough on our meat orders and getting our grill changed out. We went with the Premium option and got to try all the good stuff. Server made sure we had a good experience and were taken care of.“

“We came to the shopping center to try a Soup and Salad joint but apparently it’s a fad right now with a ridiculous wait so we pivoted and took a look to see what else was in the parking lot. We decided on Cara Mia. All I can say is “wow!” The food here is fantastic. Warm ambiance. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The Fried Calamari is fried just right, a generous appetizer portion lightly breaded that doesn’t skimp on the actual calamari. We had angel hair pasta and the meat lasagna and both were fantastic! And the prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the size of the portions. We have a new Italian place on our list.“

“My mom and brother and I went to The Heights for lunch, and we enjoyed everything about it, the vibe, my chicken marsala was delicious, mom had cranberry turkey sandwich and loved it, brother had the dill salmon, he loved it. My only complaint is, it can get a little loud when the place gets full of customers. Yes half of it is a bar, but overall, we will be going back, great place!!“

“Pretty Chill and clean place with 3 pool tables with ample space, to dart boards, a huge Jenga, friendly staff and friendly welcoming patrons too! Several local drafts on tap, a nice stocked bar, tunes… but quite haven’t found the “grill” yet… unless it’s all the smiles 😁“
