“This was our first time here and we were so impressed! We were greeted with a friendly, "Welcome!" We could see the cook and the owner working quickly. The owner spoke so respectfully and kindly to his staff all while calling out orders and ensuring efficiency. They were all so friendly! It is a small place but very clean. There are a few tables outside but it was too cold to eat out there the night we were there. We ordered one large steak cheesesteak sandwich and one large chicken cheesesteak sandwich, both "West Coast" style. I highly recommend the cheddar cheese as they make it themselves and it is delicious! The onion rings were enough for two people to share and they were crispy and a tiny bit sweet, perfect! They make everything fresh so plan to wait about 15 minutes if they are busy. Lots of people call in their order in case you don't want to wait. We encourage everyone to try this place! In the words of the owner, "You will love it!"“
“This place is the go to for hoagies (subs) cheesesteaks, I’m here for work and came to this shop for food and this will be only place I eat at rest of time I’m here it’s an amazing place, people are absolutely friendly and great atmosphere I give it five stars hands “
“I believe the owner was the one that took my order. She was very kind and friendly. Welcome atmosphere. Had the Bibimbap with spicy korean pork and it was delicious!! HUGE variety on the menu also: from sandwiches to fish fillet on veggies to bibimbap, all done really well!“
“I was strolling by and saw that this place has a deal on any 7th of the month (7th, 17th, 27th) 7.99 for any sub and decided to try it! I got the phillys best and it was the actually the best. The reason for 4 stars is because the soft drinks cost around $3.25 (kinda ruins the deal) and because I felt they could’ve filled my sandwich a bit more. Overall I’ll be back to try more!!“
“If Philly's Best truly embodies cheesesteaks and Philly, that's a pretty good reflection of authenticity at least on the culinary level. Bill Burr has skewed my conception of Philly based on the 15+ minute roast of the city! The cheesesteak came out the way I wanted. All I wanted was the meat, provelone, mayo, and mustard. I added cheese fries, and the meal was done right. I had a great lunch, and there was nothing to mark down on the experience. When I walked in, one of the cooks asked what he could get for me and asked if there was anything I wanted to add to the sandwich. That's great service just to make sure my order is good to go.The two gentleman working, taking orders, and cooking were super chill and great at helping each other out with cooking the meat, dropping the fries, and just making sure that the business was seamless. I ended up sitting at the bar to enjoy my lunch, and it really hit the spot. Simple interaction on my way out saying goodbye to the owner and hearing thanks for coming by. That makes me want to come back eventually when I'm in the mood again for this sandwich. As far as comparisons are concerned, I would say that West Coast Cheesesteaks in the area does come out ahead with the quality of its sandwich but gets knocked on not having fries and only offering tots, so give and take for both!“
“Ok... here me out. This is a very interesting spread. But damn.... Chef Tony back there put his whole damn foot in this meal. Wings 10/10. Got garlic and then hot lemon pepper.... damn... Cheesesteak surprisingly flavorful, there's a Charley's next door and I'd say this is better. And the fried rice. Who would've thought fried rice and hot wings would be such a good pairing. Will be back. Thank you guys!!“
