My friend and I had the most enjoyable experience today, staff was so friendly and accommodating. Especially Jessie! He is fantastic I really can't say enough nice things about you, you went out of your way for us and so pleasant. Thank you again!!!
The reason for the poor rating is that this Subway has issues accepting coupons. It seems a patron needs to state they have a coupon BEFORE ordering in order to get "approval" to use it. The employees stated to me that the owner's will not accept the buy-one, get-one coupon under most circumstances. The last (and final) time I was there the employees there approved my BOGO coupon but, warned me in the future to ask to use a coupon before ordering.

The food is good. The employees are friendly. As for cleanliness not good. The tables and floor are always dirty. You are not allowed to use the restroom even though you are a paying customer. If you try to use the subway coupon for answering the survey they only give you 1 cookie even though the coupon says 2 cookies or 20oz drink.
