“Ordered to go had the 6 oz sirloin medium well. It was charred. It had a black, burnt crust. Very disappointed the staff would serve burnt food maybe because it was a to go order they didn't care. Will never order steak from this place. If I had dined in I would have sent it back to the kitchen. It was definitely a waste of money.“
“We came to Chili’s for my son‘s birthday. It was my son‘s first time and we got sat very quickly. Service was decent. There wasn’t really the best selection of food, mostly hamburgers and finger foods. Overall, I was pretty satisfied. “We were hesitant to try this Chili's after getting sick at another location and after reading some of the most recent reviews for this location. However, we were very happy with this location. Our server, Michele, was efficient and friendly. The lunch special was a great deal and was cooked perfectly. The chips & salsa & guacamole were all fresh and tasty. Ribs fell off the bone and were well seasoned. The fries were fresh and perfect. The posted sign near the door said Kayla McKenzie was the manager. Thanks for getting this location into shape, Kayla!“
