Thought I'd try this place vs Wetzels at the mall and vastly disappointed. For $17.94, I got room temperature cup of mini pretzels, cold cheese dip and a large lemonade, not including the tip which brought this to $20. When I got my order on counter, bag was slightly tipped over and as I reached to grab it, some of the pretzels fell out of the bag n onto the kitchen side floor. No offer or effort made to refill ones lost, just a blank stare by gentlemen working there...so honestly...read full review
Best pretzel I've ever eaten.I understand why they have been in business for so long.Good service.Nice staff.I don't understand all the hate comments lol you can literally smell how delicious they are throughout the mall.
