“I came in and I had this girl who was very pretty and she gave amazing service. She was very kind and very attentive about my order. She made my crepe look so delicious and it looked very appealing. “I have ordered for gifts a few times and they are easy to schedule and on time with warm cookies. Geneva in Santa Barbara gave the best customer service after I messed up. 5 stars for her! Such friendly service. Recommend when you want to send a special treat to someone or treat yourself.“

“I still do not quite know what italian ice is, but I know I like it. This was a perfect size and refreshment on a warm day in Santa Barbara. I thought it was better than ice cream and full of flavor. I had mango with another flavor (cannot remember) recommended by the staff and it was a perfect combo. Highly recommend trying“

“Super friendly and helpful service. Treated myself for my bday and ordered a shake. Forgot the exact names but got half dark chocolate and chocolate milk chip. I asked the server what are the most chocolatey flavors. I live in OC but hope to comeback for this someday.“
