We had the pleasure of attending a special recital by our friend and world renowned South American (Paraguayan) harpist and composer, Alfredo Ortiz. Today's event was located in a Cuban clubhouse of sorts, in a small, worn, older building located in Monterey Park, a city I actually associate with the large Asian community in Southern California.
