Elite Restaurant was a popular dim sum spot in the San Gabriel Valley, known for its upscale and pricey, but well-worth-it dining experience. While the restaurant is now permanently closed due to a fire, it was once a go-to destination for families seeking solid dim sum. The menu featured a variety of dishes, with highlights including the delectable Egg Tart, the flavorful Lotus Wrapped Sticky Rice, and the decent Shiu-mai. However, some items, such as the Har Gow and the Japanese Tofu, were less impressive. Despite its closure, the memory of Elite Restaurant's excellent Egg Tart and overall high-quality dim sum lingers on.
