All meal is very delicious. Salad, Egg Benedict, French toast, Japanese fluffy pancakes... everything will kick your taste buds to heaven. And the coffee was also delicious. Very nice service too!! From the street the place does not seem appealing, but from the inside it's very cosy! Very good place for breakfast/brunch!!

Staff is friendly. Food takes a little long to make but it's freshly made. Beautiful place.

Iced Dalgona matcha: 10/10
Very strong matcha flavor. Aesthetically pleasing to look at. Very creamy.

Chocolate hazelnut souffle pancakes:
These were amazing! I love the chocolate on this one. It wasn't too sweet. It comes with chocolate cereal on top and a Ferrero rocher on it. It was very filling. All of the pancakes taste a lot like eggs but the toppings help with that. All of them were incredibly soft and jiggly.

Tonkatsu curry:10/10
The curry was delicious. It's got a little spice to it which was pleasant. The rice was fluffy. The tonkatsu was nice and crispy and juicy.

Strawberry yuzu lemonade:
Sour but sweet. The strawberry flavor really stands out in this one which was nice.

Creme brulee souffle pancakes:
These were delicious! The creme brulee filling was so good and helped off-set the egg flavor of the pancakes.

Sakura lychee souffle pancakes:
Really good! Has a slight cherry flavor but it is very light. Isn't too sweet either which is good.

Food was great but put in my name for a table and waited 30 min and never got seated. Then decided to order to-go and waited another 30 min before getting food. The place was crowded and slow. They never sat me and let other people take tables even though I was first on the waitlist. They repeatedly said the waitlist will only take 15 min, which was not true. After ordering to-go, they said the food would take 10 min, but took 45. Ended up waiting over 1 hour and only ended up getting curry. Didn’t even get the pancakes which would have taken at least 45 more min. Portions were small too.

Adrinah was our server today and she was pleasant and quick serving us. We came for brunch and everything was delicious!! We had the strawberry souffle pancakes, shrimp tempura appetizers and chicken karaage lunch. Everything was perfect tasting and Adrinah even brought out green tea icecream for my early birthday celebration. Sweet!! 5 stars for Adrinah!! Thank you for making my day special!! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you enjoy pancakes and Japanese food, this is the place to go! Even with moderate wait times, we had no wait time at all on a Saturday afternoon.

Parking is free below the plaza (garage) and there's plenty of space even on a busy occasion.

Service was fast and responsive, our checked up on us numerous times. My partner and I ordered two items, the Premium Matcha Crème Brûlée pancake and the Seafood Curry. Our server mentioned that the pancake would take 45 minutes to make which was understandable.

To our surprise, the pancake came out in 15 minutes, before the seafood curry! The matcha pancake is definitely a must try as it's not too sweet but also very savory. The side cream is a perfect component to the matcha as well.

10/10 aesthetic as well to fit the vibe of the cafe.
The seafood curry is also delicious. Decent portions to share and much variety of seafood. For a party of two, getting 1 entree and a pancake is more than enough to share.

For my first time at Gram Cafe, with all the hype, I'm very impressed with the food and the ambiance inside the cate.

Food was more than decent and service was good. Will be coming back in the near future. 10/10

Didn’t feel welcomed at all! Set down and literally had to ask someone to take my order and give me water after 15 mins of waiting. Only 3 people were in the restaurant at the time and it took 2 hours for me to get my food. The waitress said she confused my order! Never will go to this place again. Definitely not worth it and feel like I was being discriminated.

Gram Café & Pancakes is Japanese food, and it is great. I have never had these type of Japanese pancakes before. They are really like a soufflé. They are much taller and thicker than an American pancakes. They are wonderful. They also have a lunch menu and have great bowls.

Their service is just the best. They are nice and will explain to you all you need to know about the menu. It is somewhat large so let them help you. I know they want you to be happy.

The prices are fair and there is plenty of parking. The area is also very nice to walk, there are other places near and you will like it. It is great neighborhood.

We love their Premium Takes 30 mins (Weekend might take up to 60 mins) Now it takes Takes 30 mins (Weekend might take up to 60 mins) so be ready for that. It is strawberry mascarpone crème anglaise garnished with fresh strawberries topped with signature 2-stacks of Premium strawberry pancake. We also love their Geso Fry
Fried squid legs served with spicy mayo. It is so tasty. They also have bowls.

You will love their coffee. Have fun.

I ordered to go way ahead of time because I had heard the soufflé pancakes take forever. The guy working the front told me that they actually had just finished making a batch and it would only take ten minutes. I was sold.

Crème brûlée pancakes came out fluffy, not too eggy or sweet, and were the perfect accompaniment to my lunch in the same plaza. I liked their version better than Motto's.

A+++! Can't wait to return and get another flavor of pancakes.

As a big appreciator of Japanese food, this is a must-go! It's great for breakfast or brunch, and I highly recommend the souflee pancakes! Must-try at least once in your life.

I recommend the honeycomb Latte - with that, I suggest letting most of the honeycomb dissolve into the coffee! It adds a wonderful sweetness and flavor.

Food is flavorful and a bit over priced and the restaurant entrance is hidden if it's your first time. I had take out that took 30 minutes to receive our food. I've had similar food same price but more quantity in Santa Ana.
