I am apoctically mad that this restaurant is out of business. I have loved their food, it has been a big go-to place for me. I planned my week around being in this area to eat tonight, got there and they are out of business. I AM SO MAD I can not express it.

Really excellent vegetarian Chinese food. Loved the rice cakes with mustard greens and pumpkin pot with curry. The restaurant is clean and service is friendly!

Would give it a zero star but it wouldn't let me, horrible service and rude. The waitress wanted a tip from EVERYONE who ate even tho we already gave them a tip. Never coming back rather get food from gas station.

All-vegetarian Chinese food that doesn’t compromise on flavor. I ordered kung pao “chicken” and honestly couldn’t tell it wasn’t meat. The portions are large and great for sharing. The staff are attentive but not pushy. It’s a peaceful spot for plant-based dining

Surprisingly great food, my picky girlfriend and myself enjoyed the crispy mushrooms with other items. NOTE
There is free parking in the underground garage. Two entrance points.

The dry plates are fine, but jesus are the soups flavorless. It's like they placed broccoli into water for a minute then called it a broth. Flavorless and it honestly ruined my day. Didn't even eat the rest and they still charged me the full price. Horrible.

We have been here in a while. It's looks nice they remodeled the restaurant. Food is still delicious and the service was great.

Good service from the staff. Food was excellent too. Easy parking by roadside

We waited and skipped out on this place last year because the wait was ridiculously long on Lunar New Year. We managed to only wait 30 mins this year because LNY landed on a Weekday.

You write your name on the waiting list. Make sure you stay inside to hear your name because these people have no shame. I have witnessed, those that know the language, tried to smooch their way to the top and you need to pay attention and be ready to interfere. There is no order of first come first serve, if a table clears up for a party of 6, they could skip over the list and call that group. It’s terrible.

While we were waiting, I studied what to order to save time. The physical menu, take out menu, and on line do not match. It’s so unorganized and not categorized. It needs to be redone with photos. Why put “vege” in front of a word when the entire restaurant is vegetarian!

The portions are huge, meant for family banquet style and the price reflects that averaging $17.99 each.

We are a party of 2 but ordered:

-Corn cream and pumpkin soup ($13.59): Sweet like corn from a can.

-Deep fried tofu: Not sure when they fried this because it wasn’t piping hot and the edges were not crispy. It was tofu with barely any batter. It was so bad that we had to tell the server to let the chef know so it doesn’t affect anyone else.

-Eggplant w brown sauce ($17.99): This was the only egg plant combo option that wasn’t spicy.

-Sweet and sour fish ($19.59): This was the only fish option that wasn’t spicy.

-Walnut shrimp: I asked for walnut shrimp but something else came out instead. It was shrimp with mushrooms and nuts. My mom liked it so I didn’t complain.

The quality of food was just meh. The crowd impacted the service and queue. I’ve tasted better vegetarian restaurants near by. I can now cross this one off my list. Sadly, we will not return.

It's hard to find vegetarian/vegan Chinese food options, so this place has become a staple for me. We usually get the deep fried sesame chicken, pineapple fried rice, and some type of vegetable. They are all delicious and filling, we always have left overs! I drive from Torrance just to come here.

Good vegetarian Chinese food, not the best I’ve ever had, but not complaining! Tons of options. Updated from previous review on 2024-08-25
