When did Panda Express stop doing samples? Is it just this location or all now? Either way that is crazy considering that is part of what they are known for and having new items. As someone who hasn't been to Panda in a few years I saw they had some new type of brisket and asked to try but they said they don't do samples. So I passed on that because you never know if the brisket is going to be tender.

they kinda skimp on entrees when they get busy, otherwise probably an upper tier location
The food is good but they keep disappointing me on the app orders. I order half chow mein half greens. I only got 2 little broccolis. Ok I let it pass. Today I order a plate dynamite chicken and chicken green beans got 3 little pieces of dynamite chicken. It should be the same service when you get the food in person vs the food on the app.
