Traditional Guilin Noodles Reviews
Amazing food, amazing service. Will definitely come back for more!
Bigggggg portions! Bring your stomach! We came at a random time and the auntie who works there was there to work! She's immediately recommend the dishes and the add-ons. Traditional Guilin Noodles offers a delightful dining experience with its diverse menu of flavorful noodle dishes. The vegetarian noodle soup features a light broth, tofu, and a hard-boiled egg, while the spicy fish noodle soup boasts a rich, numbing (mala) broth with pickled veggies. The popular Guilin noodle bowl is a satisfying mix of rice noodles, bacon-studded broth, peanuts, pickled green beans, preserved vegetables, lettuce, chili oil, and shaved pork. The house noodle is also a must-try. The friendly service from the lady owner, who speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese, enhances the experience. Despite any language barriers, the staff provides quick service and is ready to recommend dishes. The restaurant has a chill vibe with a spacious lounging area and seating both indoors and outdoors. Parking is available in the back. Traditional Guilin Noodles is a great spot for big portions and good value, making it a must-try for noodle enthusiasts.
