Paul and the team at Freedom did an incredible job with our wedding cake. From our first phone call, Paul was committed to bringing our vision to life. He went above and beyond to make sure that we could have a full four-tier cake with transparent layers in between each tier - working through the structure, placement, and decor with me, down to the tiniest detail. Paul really put in the time and effort to bring me into the process so I could understand the constraints and tradeoffs...
