I love the staff and the vibe here. And the rotation of house DJs are excellent. Cover prices are minimal, if any depending on the night and the DJ that they are hosting. Craft cocktails and beers and seltzers all reasonably priced made by excellent mixologists like George, Trent,Jake, and Jam. And I always feel safe as the door guys Jesse and Matt keep the place at a chill level and treat all the locals like family. Kenny the owner also loves to spontaneously put out charcuterie...
Compact Disco is one of my favorite places to go in Monterey County. I’m all about vibes and good energy and this place is it! The music is always on point. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend <3
Came here with a friend and I loved the interior decor and how it’s set up. Music was omnipresent (super loud but the way it should be for a clubby feel). Unfortunately they have rules about no requests for the music and the entire thing is themed around strictly house music, which can be very repetitive. Not my personal favorite so we dipped after like an hour, but everything else was on point. Just personal preference.
