Scoops is the best ice cream parlor in Monterey Bay! My kids had an absolute blast and loved every moment of it. The staff were phenomenal and made the experience fantastic. My daughter go the Unicorn Shake and it was possibly the best thing she’s ever tasted, at least according to her. Prices were totally reasonable for the area and parking was readily available. If you’re looking to treat your family, this is the place to go!
