Visiting from New Mexico and my wife and I had the fried fish sandwich and the carnitas loaded nachos and the food was cooked perfectly and was appealing. The service was excellent and the two guys working were very friendly. Ordering was very easy. Food came out within a decent time and didn't have to wait long at all. Food is always fresh and good and hot. Good selection. Goes well with the beers from Dust Bowl. I feel like the tortillas for tacos are a bit tough? But easily overlooked given the tasty food. Nachos are bomb. Quesadilla is one of our favorites.

I got the chicken sandwich and asked for a bit of extra spice. It tasted great, the chicken (of which there were multiple good size pieces on the sandwich) was coated in a sweet and spicy sauce. The sandwich also had an aioli, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. The breading on the chicken was nice and crispy even coated in the sauce. This was a very good chicken sandwich. I would highly recommend, even if they are a taco truck.
