“The food is great, but the hostess is a little slow and can't keep track of her tables or customers, which was disappointing to see. We were told the wait time was 15 minutes and then waited for 40 minutes. There aren't enough servers, so you just have to wait and hope to catch someone's attention.Dietary restrictions: The tri-tip salad was phenomenal!“

“This is a hidden gem. We were visiting the Monterey area and decided to try this place. It's a locals place and very nice ambiance. The service was excellent. They let me try the salsa for the chilaquiles to see which one I wanted. My husband got the Gunslinger burger and I got the chilaquiles. This place has great flavors and everything was fresh. We cant wait to come back.“

“This restaurant is great any time and day, your kids eat free on Wednesdays, call and check that out for sure I may have just made that up in my head.I like stopping for a snack, a meal or a chocolate shake and onion rings with friends after we’ve built up an appetite dancing and when you need to buy some time sobering your friend up, because you know that despite your best friend, swearing up and down, “I’m fine! I won’t get sick on the way home” you’ve learned your lesson and you finally listen to your inner voice and call her, “a drunk liar”Oh yes, and don’t forget that one time, in the 80s, at band camp? Man…we’ll never live that day down, will we?!So go there either by yourself or with your drunk friend and enjoy it.
