EmmaLily Vineyards is a hidden gem in Morgan Hill, known for its exceptional California red wines. This family-owned winery, producing no more than 1500 cases a year, focuses on small vintage lots and micro fermentation. The welcoming staff create a relaxed atmosphere for guests to enjoy generous pours and complimentary tastings. Visitors can expect about six wines, all red, that are high quality, bold, and mostly fruit forward. The outdoor seating area, surrounded by greenery, provides a beautiful and serene setting to savor wines like the Ona Carmen Cuvee 2018 and Monarch 2018 Merlot. EmmaLily is open only one full weekend a month, specifically the third weekend, making it a unique and intimate experience for wine enthusiasts. Guests can also enjoy live music and are welcome to bring outside food. Although wines are priced around $100+ a bottle, membership is free and offers half-price wines. With its charming ambiance, EmmaLily Vineyards is a lovely oasis for those looking to escape to Napa Valley without the travel.
