Great country breakfast, even those I had the Seafood Omelet...yummy.

Had a really nice meal here! Their pancakes are good, onion rings are killer, good western burger and Mexicana omelete, nice French toast. Good cocktails, too! Pomegranate smash and mimosas were great. There's a cute general store inside, perfect for trinkets and gifts. Food came out very quickly!

This place is a gem! It's open at 6:30 AM for breakfast and switches to lunch at 11:00 AM, and it closes at 2:00 PM. it is very near to several motels, and also the Embarcadero where there are many shops. My wife and I ate here for the first time this weekend (we're from Fresno), and it won't be our last!

When we walked in nobody recognized, never say hello to us:(. I sat next to kitchen door, kitchen walls too greasy, employees personal hygiene was bad:(. Country potatoes not included onions and bell peppers:(.

We had a pleasant time at this restaurant. The service stood out... friendly, attentive, and no wait at all. While the food didn’t quite blow us away, it was still decent and satisfying. Overall, a solid experience if you’re looking for great service and a comfortable visit!

My wife and I went for breakfast i had bacon sausage and eggs which came with country potatoes and toast and it was amazing really tasty and perfectly cooked the staff were lovely too and it had a nice relaxed atmosphere probably the best breakfast ive had in a while its well worth going if you are in the area

I have been to this place several times, this time wasn’t as good. First morning we get seated 6 of us. Waitress was great. Took our orders. Only thing that wasn’t good was the chicken fried steak. It’s was very tough and hard to chew. Didn’t eat it. No problem paying the bill left generous tips. Second morning we get seated 6 of us. We order, I order the the same omelette with salsa, spinach & ham. This time the salsa is different, heavy flavor of cumin. I couldn’t eat it. I ate the biscuit & gravy and my hash browns. Get our checks, waitress says gratuity has been added. What?? We didn’t pay that the morning before. By adding that she got less of a tip than she would have gotten had we just paid a tip. She took my sisters money and asked do you need change, Yes she replied, NEVER came back with her $5 change, so she got her gratuity and $5 tip. Think we will be trying a new place for breakfast next time we visit. Carla’s isn’t the same. ☹️

We have lived here almost 40 years and have never had a meal here. I am so sorry we have been missing out! Our breakfast was great! And all the staff was so sweet and welcoming. Hash browns could have been warmer but everything else made the not matter. Thank you!

I went to Carla's kitchen for the first time today to get lunch with a friend. I got the grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough with a side of french fries.
The chicken was grilled fresh and delicious bread fresh and the seasoned french fries were very yummy.
I felt the food was fantastic and the service was awesome. Making sure all our needs were met! Definitely a good place to stop for lunch no doubt!

I am not a breakfast person but i liked it well enough to go again the next day which says alot. Great breakfast. Reasonable around $15 a meal. Good variety of choices. Like French toast egg and bacon or sausage.
