Close to the harbor. Run down shack. Food was fresh, and huge portions and perfect taste. We both had the fish sandwich. We got served immediately and it was hot and fresh and easy to eat.
We have been here twice - both times for lunch. The sandwiches - especially the sand dab and calamari sandwiches - are outstanding. The restaurant itself is pretty basic - order at the counter and they bring you food in a bag out to you in the courtyards or to the tables inside. I cannot overstate how delicious the sandwiches - the toasted sourdough bread, sauce, pickle and very generous amount of seafood - makes them hugely satisfying and almost more than you can eat. Small & classic deli menu, plus a hearty clam chowder & a few sweet treats, all for a very reasonable price. Seating inside & outside, beside the canal. In a tiny town of limited options, this is a very good one!
