The Power Plant Coffee is an amazing spot with incredible beverages and foods. The matcha and coffee are delicious, and the honey thyme latte is a must-try. The breakfast sandwiches are also very good. While prices may not be the cheapest, the aesthetic, homey atmosphere, and great service make it worth the visit. The cafe also has a cute hippy shop with unique Cali-souvenirs. With positive vibes, vegan-friendly options, live music performances, and a kid-friendly environment, this place is a fantastic pit stop for anyone driving along the coast.
