We stopped at this Starbucks while traveling and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. The store was clearly very busy and appeared understaffed, and we ended up waiting about 25 minutes for two pastries that never came. Eventually, we had to go back to the counter and ask for a refund. The staff seemed overwhelmed rather than uncaring, but the wait and lack of follow-through made it a disappointing stop when we were just trying to grab something quick on the road.

Such friendly staff, fast, delicious drinks, snacks, and sous vide eggs. East to park or drive through. Restrooms. Lots of places to sit and relax. Big picture windows.

have to say this was one of the worst customer service experiences Iāve ever had at a Starbucks. There were four staff members on shift, and not one person smiled, greeted customers, or said thank you. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional and unfriendly.
No drinks were being called out to the lobby, there was no āthank youā or āhave a good day,ā and it genuinely felt like the entire team did not care about the customer experience.
I even spoke directly with the shift manager, letting him know the staff seemed unhappy and disengaged, and that the customer service was very poor. He showed no concern at all and offered no apology or acknowledgment. It was clear that morale and leadership were lacking during this shift.
Very disappointing experience at a store. This is another reason why we now refuse to tip. I worked at Starbucks in Sandy , Ut. So Iām fully aware of Starbucks standards. This shift deserves zero stars!

The reason for the 3 star is because I noticed as I walked in and stood at the ordering counter, it took them 5 minutes for someone to greet and take my order. It was not crowded and I also noticed the eye play between the employees as to who should go and help me. I ended up ordering my normal beverage and it was good, but I lost interest in the way I was approached. Still, I fairly tipped them.

Hit and miss - really really nice server cashier or a stressed out server and a guy with his headset on sweeping the floor that thinks the floor is more important than serving the customers when thereās no one in the place yet and only one car in their drive-through

The barista at this branch has a can do attitude and quite awesome. A must go or rest for a coffee area when passing the Shasta Mtn.

I donāt normally do this but this interaction was ridiculous. Iāve been coming to this Starbucks ever since it has been open and I barely if ever deviate from my normal order. Sometimes when I order a mocha, I get a latte or something along those lines due to their order accuracy not being the best. Today I got some disgusting drink when I went to pick up my mobile order. I took it back to the counter and told them it wasnāt a mocha and the lady was very nice and ever said āthat doesnāt look like a mocha at allā. So I then proceeded to wait for my new drink and Krista asked me what was up. I then told her whatever drink I got wasnāt a mocha and didnāt taste good. She then said āwell I pumped 4 pumps of chocolate in itā and I said āit tastes like a flat white or somethingā, she then visibly got upset and said āwell Iām sorry you didnāt like it but it was a mochaā in front of all these people inside the store. The lady next to me was shocked how quickly she was to just discredit me on the spot. She didnāt even take the time to look at the drink I brought in. I also observed her talking to herself and grinding her teeth and having darting eyes. I donāt know if it was just a bad day or what but I donāt feel like she should be treating people like this when sheās the one messing up. Iāll gladly take the extra time in the morning and just go to the Weed Starbucks at this point.

Consistently the rudest employees of any Starbucks, I frequent & I travel so thatās a lot of locations.
I've been to this Starbucks more times than I can count... the baristas are always kind and the service and drinks are so good I drive 30 miles for it! This is the level of excellence all Starbucks should strive for...I would like to give a shout out to a particular barista...but this is the internet so I will refrain....
