The reason for the 3 star is because I noticed as I walked in and stood at the ordering counter, it took them 5 minutes for someone to greet and take my order. It was not crowded and I also noticed the eye play between the employees as to who should go and help me. I ended up ordering my normal beverage and it was good, but I lost interest in the way I was approached. Still, I fairly tipped them.
I've been to this Starbucks more times than I can count... the baristas are always kind and the service and drinks are so good I drive 30 miles for it! This is the level of excellence all Starbucks should strive for...I would like to give a shout out to a particular barista...but this is the internet so I will refrain....
The guy who served me was real nice and said as I left, “if you don’t like it, let me know,”or something like that. I thank God for his kindness and kind words. I had to leave because we were on the go.
