As a local who stops by this Subway from time to time, I really value seeing businesses in our small community treat their employees with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, during a recent visit, I saw the manager speaking very harshly to a young worker in front of customers. It didn’t sit right with me.

In a town like ours, word travels fast — and so does the energy a business gives off. A respectful attitude and a little patience go a long way, especially when guiding younger staff. I hope management takes this as a chance to build a healthier, more supportive work environment. Mt. Shasta deserves businesses that lead with integrity and care.

The food is normally really good never have gotten sick eating here like most subway restaurants. I think that they have a really good and strong team. Definitely like going in and getting my sandwiches here in the summer before I takeoff and go to the lake. I’ve never had a problem with anyone at this location and if you ever have a problem, they are very sure to get it fixed

They changed there subway of the day menu to a whole different lined up during the week then the rest of the subways across the country just to confuse and rip everyone off

At 08.09.2025 at 2:47 pm we were served the #Nastiest tuna sandwich ever made by the woman who rushed my order while getting it wrong. She would condescendingly say, “anything else, anything else,” before I was even done with the last request. Tasted like old cat food smells— Next time we order a tuna sandwich for my son, I’ll go to #Panera or #JerseyMikes. The young men working that day were polite. However, all of the tables were extremely dirty although people were coming off and on their shift / standing around talking with each other. It appears no one there truly cares about the customers or the appearance / offerings of the shop. I almost requested another person make our sándwich as I didn’t want to absorb whatever bad energy the lady who prepped it was holding —but of course, we prayed over it. Hope there is another sandwich shop in town soon.

I thought I could be failed by a Subway. Oh lord I was wrong!

What the heck was that!? Hot'n'cold sandwich, weirdest ever chicken diced meet, weird looking veggies?!
Those poor kids had no idea what they were doing, (and quality of the food is not their fault) but they even failed the CUT of the sub. Damn it. I repeat, CUTTING the sandwich was a failure.

Anyway, avoid at all cost this subway.

I made a Mobile order , they messed up one of the sandwiches, no big deal right? I’ll just call and see if they’ll remake it later as I got home already. Nope I called at least 5 times and at different times. NO ANSWER. Whatever… but I ordered a pack of cookies and it looks like if someone ate part of the cookie and put it in the box!!! Because there were no cracked pieces in the box. SMH

Placed an online order received a call from the store that they did not have the meats to make the sandwich told me I had to call the number at the bottom of the order to get a refund. There is no number on the bottom of the order, I asked them to take care of it. They said they could not. I asked for a manager to call. They said the manager would call Manager never called. I called again. They said there’s nothing we can do about it
