Placed an online order received a call from the store that they did not have the meats to make the sandwich told me I had to call the number at the bottom of the order to get a refund. There is no number on the bottom of the order, I asked them to take care of it. They said they could not. I asked for a manager to call. They said the manager would call Manager never called. I called again. They said there’s nothing we can do about it

The employee Matt needs to be either fired or retrained. This is now the second time I have came into this store asking for a sandwich that is posted on their menu for the person behind the counter to say they didn’t have part of the sandwich. But come to find out from the ladies that work there that they do in fact have the ingredients and that Matt is just too lazy to heat it up for me. So if you’re a dude over 6’3 and brown probably don’t go in there. The dudes will treat you differently.

I brought my 15 year old daughter in for a job interview. She asked me to go in with her. I got in 1 minute after my daughter went in. She was seated waiting. A grey haired woman came out and asked me who i was. I said that i was the girl she was going to interview's mom. She asked, "Are you looking for a job here?" I told her "No." She said she was going to interview my daughter like a "regular adult" so I could wait outside. My daughter is not an adult and the store was already open. So why was i being kicked out of Subway? I was a bit confused. This manager was so rude and hateful and for no reason that i could fathom. I'll be contacting the owner. Weird that my daughter told her initially that she was 15 and this person wanted to meet her alone, telling a mother of a minor to leave. And why treat a potential customer that way? I will never go there again.

We came last Thursday. We had been driving all day and were really hungry. It seemed that all the restaurants at Mt. Shasta closed at 9:00. At about 8:50 we were delighted to find a subway open till 9:30! The clerk didn't seem too happy to see 4 people coming in so late. He didn't smile once. He made our sandwiches and the food was good. We were told to clean up after ourselves since they'd already cleaned, which we did. We were reminded, at least twice, that they closed at 9:30 sharp. My sister said the bathroom was not available, since they'd already been cleaned. We ate as quick as we could and got out of there. (before 9:30) Talk about feeling unwelcome!

I walked in and was greeted by a bright young woman. I think her name tag said Steph on it. She was so welcoming and kind. She made my sandwich perfect even with my annoying pregnancy request. Steph was super friendly, seems to brighten the atmosphere and I deff tipped on my way out.

The options were tremondous for the sandwichs, it had a classic subway atompshere with a creepy hallway leading to a bathroom, in which the lock did not work.I went here to eat when going up to OreoGon and they had very good food. For the best experience, eat anything from this Subway location at the shasta spring
