Enjococado (Great Grandma's Special)

Mole Poblano

Folklore tells that this famous festival dish was invented in the 16th century by nuns of the convent of the state of Puebla. A tender, boneless breast of chicken smothered in a rich, dark sauce made of dried chilies (mulato, pasilla, and ancho), ground nuts, seeds, spices, and unsweetened chocolate all blended and simmered for hours. Served with rice, choice of beans, and tortillas.

I have a huge respect for the man that serves the food - he works so hard! Thank you.
Cheese was outstanding, enchiladas were good.
This place is definitely better than Agave across the street.
Suggestion - put some Latin music for more atmosphere

the best Mexican place in the whole south bay! definitely recommend this one to people wanting to eat authentic Mexican food.
