Solid dim sum place with outdoor seatings. (Dog friendly). Service is average but clean, modern and big. We wait 10-15 mins for a table on a Saturday.Parking: City parking lot. Free but open to public.
The food is pretty good, the service is excellent, and the location is convenient. But this place is expensive. A bowl of porridge, a plate of vegetables, and a plate of shrimp rice rolls ended up being >$33.

Met with friend for dim sum, at 1230 it was bustling. We were seated after a few minutes and then the carts started coming from all directions. We must have been hungry because we chose a lot of plates. They brought out a nice variety for every craving. I do not know all the names but were able to point which items we wanted.
