So my mother and I have been faithfully ordering subs from this JM for about two weeks now. But I was placing the orders through DoorDash and things I was paying extra for like cheese or bacon was not being placed on the sandwiches. I called and spoke to the manager and he took IMMEDIATE CARE of us! He helped me realize it wasn't the stores issue, rather something going on with the way DoorDash is putting orders through, but he still took care of us. Sandwiches are okay, but they seem to recently be understaffed. Orders from DoorDash has the dasher waiting a long time for the order to be ready for pickup. More than once have ordered wheat bread from this location and been given white, so attention to detail is a bit lacking.

These kind souls must have known that following my delicious instructions would have lead to catastrophe. I thought my sandwich order was perfect but this team of deli engineers found my error and corrected it before a sure cataclysm. Thank god they didn't take my request for extra onions and rosemary parm bread seriously. I don't know what might have happened if I got what I ordered. In any case thank you sandwich scientists!
