I've come here on a number of occasions; office luncheons, birthdays and just to come enjoy the good food! We always get great service from the staff being so attentive and sweet! This is our good too hidden gem and I hope they decide to extend their hours in the future!

We have had several large lunches there (for retirement parties and other special occasions) and I can see that many others do the same. I try and get there at least once a month for lunch. Good size banquet room is available. Booking reservations online for large parties..

I came here for lunch with my coworkers, there were 10 of us. The restaurant quickly filled up after we arrived. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy with a touch of class. The service was friendly and courteous but got slow once the restaurant got busy; we had to remind them of our request. The food was about the same quality as Maggiano's and portion size was a good value. You're serve bread and butter before your entree arrives. The menu selection was decent with good options for people with diabetes or special diets. The only thing I don't like is how small the parking lot is so come early. Overall for a local lunch spot in an area where it's mostly fast food but still relatively close to downtown Mtn View, the food was good, price was reasonable, and service was courteous. I would return and would recommend this restaurant.

My heart is still warm after the customer service I received at Mario's Italiano today! I placed a catering order for our small office, and called the day of to ask questions regarding their ingredients because I have an employee who has an allergy. Joanne (sorry for spelling!!) was SO patient, friendly, and professional. She went around and asked the chefs what was in the dishes I ordered. Again I was calling for mostly information purposes, fully expecting to just tell my employee that unfortunately he wouldn't be able to eat the office lunch due to his allergy. Instead, Joanne told me she would deliver me dishes that my employee COULD eat. I was speechless, seriously this was way above and beyond my expectations. The food was amazing as well. We ordered chicken parmesan, veggie lasagna, salad, and bread. Thank you so much Joanne and team! We will DEFINITELY be ordering again.
