I don’t give 5 stars often to a bbq restaurant! Today I will. Traveling through town from Nashville Tn where I smoke my own meats and have visited bbq spots all across USA and Canada, some not so good and others that are world known in the business. This little gem in this town was absolutely delicious. Not one thing bad to say. Meats were tender, and Smokey just like I’d want from my own Pitt. We did pick-up catering for 20+ people. The food was on time, packaged well for travel, and hot. The BBQ was absolutely excellent. Their catering estimates for amount of people each package has was spot on. I added some more brisket by the pound just to be sure. Highly recommend for easy catered group dinner!
