Decent food, bad coffee. Poorly trained baristas who don't understand the correct ratio of milk to coffee for espresso based drinks (flat white, cappuchinos etc). What's worse is they are condescending when you call it out and ask them to make it correctly as it's undrinkable as-is. Lose the fancy aprons and learn the basics of coffee first.
I just found this place very luxury coffee shop /bar /restaurant
It'sa separated from Maxwell hotel but probably a part of it with different intrances ,I was mistaken this place for a hotel didn't know there is a coffee shop and restaurant here ,check it out you won't regret it great for romantic dates in front of fire pit or fountain ⛲,or inside with live music every Fridays/ Saturdays

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I had in the valley! Very friendly staff!

The Flyby is a cozy spot that serves both coffee and alcohol, making it a unique hangout. With a patio area perfect for watching games, it's a great spot to relax. While the food, such as the popcorn chicken, may not impress, the service is exceptional and fast. It's a great study spot with ample parking, although it comes at a cost.
