My all-time favorite place for Sushi and Sashimi. A great place to go with a crowd that is willing to share. Everything tastes so good.
So the food at this Japanese restaurant was really quite good. I had a dinner combo with Chicken Katsu and a Rock & Roll (unagi, cucumber, avocado). The Chicken Katsu was huge, consisting of two gigantic pieces of chicken covering a large dinner plate. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Very nicely done. I have mentioned in another sushi restaurant review that I don’t give higher than 4 stars for places outside of Japan and maybe Korea, but Momoya deserves higher than 4.5, so I am giving it a 5 to help get its average rating to where it deserves to be (I would say it’s closer to a 4.8).
I can’t wait to go back and try everything else.
