I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately this past experience was one too many bad ones :(
I ordered $65 worth of food for my partner and I to get delivered for Valentine’s day. I used some points I had on the app to get a free mango drink. When the food came, it was soggy and smelled old, definitely not fresh like promised. Also, the dasher came sooner than expected which makes me wonder how soggy it would have been if they came on time. Not only was my burrito soggy and old, they also forgot my drink!
So ofcourse, I’m thinking no problem, I text and call my dasher 4 times total with no response, I completely understand that isn’t the restaurant’s fault the dasher didn’t answer, but then I call the restaurant. I’ve now left a voicemail and called over 5 times in the span of 3 days with no answer the whole time. The app hasn’t refunded me my points, and I never got my drink.
Ontop of this horrible service, it has also messed up my stomach so bad I needed to see my doctor. I am fully convinced the fish was old and past its best by date, and as if it’s not frustrating enough to spend almost $70 on bad food, nobody will answer me or call me back. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews and try to be as reasonable as possible, however I just want to warn anyone reading this that I would NOT come back to this place, ESPECIALLY if you don’t like food poisoning.
UPDATE: The owner and customer service team has reached out and in my opinion made it right. They refunded my food and and shown me they take health and safety concerns very seriously. Along with that a health and safety inspection took place and they did pass 97/100. They have also reached out to offer me a free bowl in the future. While I’m not sure I will go back, I have to say I’m very pleased with how swiftly and importantly they handled this. I am hoping from now on this won’t happen to anyone else, and I can say that I am not satisfied with the service provided

We tend to always order these bowls for delivery. But in the last six months we continue to be disappointed by portion size. We just ordered a regular and large, and the large bowl contains less than the regular :-( but otherwise the food is tasty.

I ordered the tofu poke bowl and it was really good, fresh, flavorful, and filling. What really stood out though was the service. Stefan was so kind and upbeat, and his positive attitude honestly brightened my day. Great food and great customer service make such a difference. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience here. I haven't had Poke for years and decided to try this place out on a whim. Stefan greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me to ask him anything if I needed anything. I couldn't decide what to order so I asked for help. He stopped what he was doing (restocking something) and came to me right away. He suggested I make a custom bowl so I can have all the customizable options I want. He let me try some sauces that were interesting, though I wish they had something hotter. I asked for something to drink and he suggested a Hawaiian Sun. Never had one before and it was delightful. The portions were great and he took time to come outside to check if I needed anything. Definitely coming back.

I wasn't really sure about eating raw fish; I even stay away from sushi. But I came in and Stephen changed my mind. He told me he grew up in Hawaii where Poke comes from and understood my fear of uncooked food. He was so helpful by cooking my salmon for me for no extra charge. He also left a couple of cubes raw so I can taste it and try the difference. And now I'm hooked. If you're in the Mountain View area, definitely stop in. Oooo and try their mango coconut pudding. Its amazing.

The wait time was abysmal, to say the least. I might have gotten unlucky and arrived at rush hour, but it gets pretty frustrating when you realize your order is forgotten and several people who arrived after you walk out the door with their orders. The food was decent at least. Not sure I would come back again though, given my (lack of) service and the average taste for an above-average price...
Also had this random piece of noodle in my macaroni salad as shown in the second picture -- not a good look at all.
