I wasn't really sure about eating raw fish; I even stay away from sushi. But I came in and Stephen changed my mind. He told me he grew up in Hawaii where Poke comes from and understood my fear of uncooked food. He was so helpful by cooking my salmon for me for no extra charge. He also left a couple of cubes raw so I can taste it and try the difference. And now I'm hooked. If you're in the Mountain View area, definitely stop in. Oooo and try their mango coconut pudding. Its amazing.
Edit: No extra charge lol

Really flavorful, everything was just as I ordered. Use caution with the Thai chilis! They will get ya!

The wait time was abysmal, to say the least. I might have gotten unlucky and arrived at rush hour, but it gets pretty frustrating when you realize your order is forgotten and several people who arrived after you walk out the door with their orders. The food was decent at least. Not sure I would come back again though, given my (lack of) service and the average taste for an above-average price...
Also had this random piece of noodle in my macaroni salad as shown in the second picture -- not a good look at all.
The spicy was spicy…exactly what I wanted. So tasty and so good. Got it in uber eats so I don’t know what the restaurant looks like or feels like inside. But I will come back here again.

The portions of the seafood could definitely improve, but overall this place is great. Good flavor and overall a solid amount of food. One of my top 10 fav lunch spots!

It was a mistake. I should’ve just walked to another poke place one block away where they would hand me my food under 5 mins. Here, I waited for more than 20mins and watched 3 stuffs spinning around doing nothing…

Today I ordered one poke salad with 3 proteins and a poke bowl with 3 proteins. I left 15% tips also because we decided to dine in instead of walking for another 20 mins back home. They packed my food directly like it was a to go order.. anyway we got our food and then we decided to walk back home and eat. We should have checked our food before leaving but it was too late. We got home, we opened the pack, only to find out that they made me the wrong food—both were rice bowls, 3 protains looked like nothing, and the fact was, I spent over fifty bucks for food that looked FAR FROM APPEALING— all ingredients only covered half of the rice, crispy toppings are both wrong, everything looked like a leftover. So I went back, returned the food that I didn’t even opened, and I will check in a few days and see if my refund is issued. What a waste of time tonight! I just wanted to have some easy healthy food after a day of hard work, nothing more. What a disappointment! The guy who helped me issue refund was nice, he is probably the manager. But whoever works for him should learn how to be responsible for their work, and how to be respectful to their customers. Clearly it’s not the manager’s fault that the food was wrong, but he was the one facing customers; other people acted like it’s nothing to do with them. Interesting.

I absolutely love Pokeworks in Mountain View! It’s such a gem on Castro Street, where it can be tough to find affordable options. You can enjoy a delicious meal for under $20, which is a rarity in this area. The food is fresh and tasty, the portions are generous, and the staff is always super friendly. Highly recommend checking it out!

Pokework's is quite expensive, better deals can be found in other stores. The serving size was also sub par, did not fill me up. On top of that, the order took a long while, and the service was not very effiecnt.
Please do not ask for burnered fish, it was completely overcooked and tasted very dry

I love getting food from Pokeworks when I am in town. You can personalize your meal with a variety of options. It is on a street that is closed if for foot traffic and dining- a very fun atmosphere for a summer night!
