It's a nice little place to grab a sweet treat or hang out with friends and family. According my sister who's been to this place multiple times that it's set up the same way as most cafe places in Korea are set up. There's a station for water, they call out your number and you have to give them the slip with your number when you go get your stuff. Ordered the blueberry ade and it was grainy at the bottom. I did not drink the entire drink since it was way too sweet and I have a big sweet tooth. There is another Sulbing cafe I believe near the Santa Clara area that has better service. Some staff were not the nicest but others were nice and accomodating since I was a bit confused on where to get my drink. Overall its okay, but overpriced.
