I visited this place for the first time, and the food was good. However, the order sheet was confusing for first-timers like me. I marked and then crossed out a few items with pencil, but they were still added to my order by mistake. In the end, I was okay with the wrong order, but when I paid the bill, I didn’t realize that a 20% tip had already been included. I then added another 20% tip, so I was charged twice. In total, I paid almost $40 for just a burger, fries, and a Coke...

The Counter MV is the original, OG BYO Burger! Love the Bison and the other thousands of options. Sweet Fries rock. Horseradish Aioli is wow. Can't go wrong - something for every taste.

3:01pm on a Thursday. Absolute excellent service. Place is completely empty I am the only customer. Server extremely polite and attentive food hot and delicious place was clean and well kept and oh and the server? She was so nice!!!! I almost don't want to write the review so this place stays empty 🤣
