went to the taste room in downtown Murphys. Wine tender had a dog and when we walked in it jumped on my wife and nipped at her. He asked if we wanted to taste anything and when I told him what happened he asked us to leave and never come back. I said wow what service and then he asked if I wanted a beating. We went to another tasting room and before I told them the name, they knew who it was. He is one of the two brothers who own it. I don't recommend this place.
The wines are high quality and reasonably priced. The tastings are generous in quantity with a very reasonable rate. Each tasting fee is waived with the purchase of a bottle.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Beautiful setting. Great wine selection.
