“Mia, our server, was absolutely phenomenal! I genuinely haven’t experienced this level of care and consideration from a server in a very long time. As a former server myself, I was especially impressed by her dedication, friendliness, and commitment to providing outstanding service. She was attentive, kind, and clearly working incredibly hard throughout our entire visit.

Unfortunately, there was one part of our experience that was really upsetting to witness. Our table was directly across from the kitchen, and throughout our meal we could repeatedly hear members of the kitchen staff loudly mocking and making disrespectful comments toward Mia. In particular, there was a kitchen staff member wearing a grey hat whose behavior stood out. I did not get his name, but the comments were loud enough that we, as customers, could clearly hear them from our table.

I obviously don’t know everything that may have been happening behind the scenes, but from what we personally witnessed, we heard and saw nothing from Mia that warranted that kind of treatment, especially in front of guests. In fact, we watched her actively running her tables and working hard while others appeared to be standing around watching her. Despite everything we overheard, Mia remained completely professional. She never complained, never allowed it to affect the service she gave us, and continued treating everyone with a great attitude. I know I personally would have been bothered by being treated that way.

We were there on October 3rd from approximately 12:00–2:00 PM, and I felt this was important enough to mention so management is aware. Aside from our concerns about the behavior coming from the kitchen, Mia was truly exceptional and deserves recognition, and, from what we witnessed this afternoon, a lot more respect than she was being given.“

“The staff here is wonderful. The chef is so creative and talented. The chicken Alfredo penne is so good and beef stroganoff is excellent. Also their salad dressing is awesome. Don't wait to try this place as soon as possible. Russell was our waiter and give excellent service and suggestion on what to order“

“First time here and the food, service and atmosphere were great. Only reason for a 4 star vs a 5 was the biscuits and gravy were luke warm. Potatoes were so tasty mixed with grilled onions. Salsa comes with breakfast and has a nice flavor. We got corn beef hash and chicken fried steak.“

Crystal was super nice and welcoming, which made everything start off on a good note. The food came out good, we ate way too much, and of course we still somehow had room to talk about dessert. 😂
Overall, we had a really nice family dinner and would definitely come back! Good food + good service + full bellies = a successful family outing. ❤🥞“

“I had an amazing visit at this IHOP. The service was outstanding, and the general manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They personally ensured all our needs were taken care of, which made the experience feel genuinely special.
The food quality was great, fresh, tasty, and prepared well. Overall, the combination of excellent hospitality and great food made this a fantastic visit.
