“Just tried this place for the first time today (1/2/2026) and it was absolutely FIRE! The guy who on my receipt said was Lazaro, suckered me in with a free sample… went and did my shopping, took it back to the car, and came back in for a sandwich. Got the Bacon Chipotle Chicken sandwich and the other guy cooking said “You want that regular or the way I make it for samples?” And I said “However you would make it for YOU”… definitely did not disappoint. The sauce was sweet like honey with a bit of spicy kick, everything was absolutely super hot and fresh, and Lazaro and the other guy cooking were friendly and funny. Also got the cajun cheese fries and definitely some of the best ones in town. Just downloaded the app to get some discounts and gonna head back again this weekend. Absolutely recommend!“

“I was in town and decided on pizza, I stopped for a drink and noticed a pizza spot called Pizza Factory. I walked it was busy I was still greeted, which i appr.I didn't wait long until I was greated with a great warm and welcoming attitude with the smile on his face. I later found out bet the man's name was Bear. He was kind he was quick, he was quick to answer any questions that I had. I'm a bit of a picky eater when it comes to my pizza. He had no hesitation on accommodating my alterations for my pizza. He he even suggested a new alteration for me which turned out to be fantastic. He was also great at explaining to me the specials that they have their to you know save some money which was fantastic and I appreciate that of him. I may not do reviews very often, when I do it is because I would like to let the business know that they do have a very good employee working in their store. I was at the Pizza Factory at 23811 Washington Avenue Suite 106 in Murrieta California 92562 my name is SJ just wanted to give a nice little review for Mr Bear! I'd select app and I would be happy to return do this nice little establishment that I happen to come across as long as Bear is working. I know some pretty awesome companies will give her some pretty cool incentives to their employees maybe some Employee of the Month type thing or a little movie tickets or hey even a nice pay raise (HiINT HINT). “The customer service! DAVID is the reason why I keep coming back oh and also be I love pizza!! Lol He makes the food taste so much better because of how awesome of a person He is. He can find my door with no problem, which I run in to other delivery drivers and they seem to complain about how complicated the buildings are. He always shows up happy and very sweet! This guy deserves a raise or just an appreciation even with all this uncertainty he remained the face of Papa Johns standards of excellent hospitality! “Chicken from a gas station, you say? YES! 100 times YES! I have always heard that Krispy Krunchy Chicken was good, but if I had known it was this good, I would have tried it sooner. The chicken is actually crispy and crunchy and has a ton of flavor with a little spicy kick. You can see that under the skin there is a little hot sauce involved in the prep. And now the red beans and rice: do not sleep on this side. It is soooo good. For fast food chicken and even for chicken from a sit down restaurant this stuff is top notch. Pro tip, get there early, because they run out. So what are you waiting for?!?!“

“🤯 best dominoes I’ve had and the food preparation impressed the whole family. Ordered a bacon pan pizza with garlic parm sauce and a thin crust pepperoni , a Brookie and garlic parm bites. The thin crust was cooked perfectly flakey and crispy and instantly crave able. The pan pizza had a perfect buttery crust and crispy under carriage and with the garlic parm sauce and tons of smoked bacon it was delicious. The garlic parm bites had a perfect pop to them with a big hit of garlic butter couldn’t have been made better. the brookie had the perfect light crisp with batter smooth center. The chocolate chip cookie mixed with the brownie gave the brownie an extra hit or vanilla with a cookie dough center. The woman that prepared everything has a talent.“

“We love the pizza and the chicken wings at our local Dominos. The BBQ Chicken is our favorite. The mango habanero wings are spicy good with enough of the sauce that I can mop it up with the wing pieces. The food is always hot and we can track the process from the app on my phone so we Know just when to Leave to pick it up. “I ordered the 3 strips combo. The chicken was not hot, not even warm. This restaurant often serves food that is not the correct serving temperature. You are supposed to keep the hot food hot and the cold food cold. That does not happen here on a regular basis. You should not have to remind them every time you come, to give you some hot chicken. They FAIL.“
